Welcome! I have a strong desire to help people find what makes them happy.
This is why I decided to become a real estate agent over a decade ago.
Since then, I decided to combine my love of real estate with my passion for
business, becoming a broker and opening my own real estate company:
Tuscany Properties. Since starting the company, I have realized many
more opportunities to help people realize their dream. In 2007 I opened
My
SA New Home, an online search tool for people wanting to purchase a new home in
San Antonio and benefit from the many builder incentives available but often
unadvertised.
In 2008, I decided to expand the My SA New Home Business model to include major
cities in Texas, opening Save On A New Home.
SaveOnANewHome.com offers the
same great new home deals for customers in the market to purchase a new home at
a discounted price.
In 2010, I launched My DFW New Home to
offer great new home deals to the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Education and Credentials
I hold a degree in Management Science from the University of Texas at San
Antonio and have been a member of the San Antonio Board Of Realtors® (SABOR),
Texas Association of REALTORS® (TAR), and the National Association of REALTORS®
(NAR) for over 10 years. Besides the designation as Broker, I'm also an (ABR)
Accredited Buyers Agent and a member of the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council,
Inc. (REBAC).
